By accessing or using Nova Codings' services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

Nova Codings provides the following services:

• Graphic design and branding
• Digital marketing services
• Academic tutoring and editing services
• Website maintenance and support

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms include:

• Prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR)
• Payment is required before project commencement or as agreed in writing
• We accept bank transfers, EFT, and other agreed payment methods
• Late payments may incur additional fees
• Refunds are subject to our refund policy

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you will own the final deliverables created specifically for your project. However:

• Nova Codings retains rights to preliminary designs and concepts
• We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio
• Third-party assets (fonts, stock images, plugins) remain property of their respective owners
• You must not resell or redistribute our work without permission

6. Project Timeline

Project timelines are estimates and may vary based on project complexity, client feedback, and revision requests. Delays caused by client unavailability or late content provision may extend delivery dates.

7. Revisions

Each project includes a specified number of revision rounds as outlined in the project agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.

8. Academic Integrity

Our academic services (tutoring and editing) are designed to support learning. We do not write essays, complete assignments, or take exams on behalf of students. All work must be used ethically and in accordance with your institution's academic integrity policies.

9. Limitation of Liability

Nova Codings shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Upon termination, you must pay for all work completed up to the termination date. Refunds for prepaid services will be calculated based on work completed.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
